Postage
Delivery is charged are based on PostNet and Courier Rates and is based on the dimensions of the package and weight of the order.
The following shipping methods are available:

PostNet – Counter to Counter [Gauteng and Surrounds]
Delivery time: 3 – 4 Working days
R 109.00 (0-5Kg)
Courier Guy – No Insurance [Gauteng Only]
Delivery time: Usually 7-10 working days
R 160.00 (0-5Kg)
Courier Guy – No Insurance [Outside Gauteng]
Delivery time: 4 – 5 Working days
R 240.00 (0-5Kg)
Please take note, delivery days to PostNet are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For PostNet, Counter to Counter orders, please allow 1 extra delivery day for outlying areas. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses.
Please take note, all orders are shipped twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Return Address:
We welcome exchanges on the condition that the exchange items are in a re-saleable condition. Please email us before returning any item. Return of items fall on the client, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please take care when parceling goods back to us so that the items packaging needs to reach us in a state that allows us to add the item back into stock for resale.
When items are returned for reasons such as incorrect size/fit and are needed to be exchanged please note we need to ensure the item/s are returned in a re-saleable condition. Our expectation mean you’ve kept all your original packaging and labels intact and that the item is undamaged and unused. On receipt of your goods we are happy for you to inspect items but if you use the item, remove tags or soil the item this may affect your rights to return goods for a full refund, exchange or credit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not in saleable condition.
Please note items purchased on sale are not available for exchange, return or refund.
